Contact usHayaland Auctions is a business-to-business marketplace. Buying is open to registered businesses purchasing inventory for resale or business use. Every new account is reviewed and approved by our team before bidding is enabled.
Create an account, confirm your email, and complete your business profile (business name, address, and contact details). Our team reviews new buyers — usually within one business day. You can browse all auctions while your approval is pending; bidding unlocks once you're approved.
We approve buyers at our discretion to keep the marketplace reliable for everyone. Common reasons for declining or suspending an account include incomplete or inaccurate business information and non-payment of won auctions. If you believe there's been a mistake, contact us at info@hayaland.com.
Our auctions use maximum (proxy) bidding. You enter the most you're willing to pay for a lot, and the system automatically bids the minimum needed to keep you in the lead — up to your maximum. Your maximum is confidential and is never shown to other bidders or revealed to anyone.
Yes. Every bid is a binding, irrevocable offer to purchase the entire lot. Bids cannot be retracted. If you're the highest bidder when the auction closes (and any reserve has been met), you are obligated to complete the purchase at the final price.
Some lots carry a confidential minimum price set by Hayaland. If bidding doesn't reach the reserve, the lot is not sold — even to the highest bidder. The listing shows whether the reserve has been met; the amount itself is never disclosed.
To keep closings fair, a bid placed in the final minutes automatically extends the auction (typically by five minutes) so other bidders have a chance to respond. Auctions can extend multiple times. Last-second "sniping" doesn't work here — the highest maximum wins.
No. Bidder identities are always anonymous. You can see the current bid, the number of bids, and the number of distinct bidders — never who they are or what their maximums might be.
Congratulations. Hayaland will contact you with payment instructions. Payment of the final auction price plus any stated charges is due within three (3) business days of the auction close.
Wire transfer or ACH to our designated U.S. bank account, in U.S. dollars. We do not accept payment through other channels unless expressly agreed in writing. We never ask for card numbers on the platform.
Non-payment is treated seriously. We may cancel the sale, relist the lot, suspend or permanently close your account, and recover any shortfall between your winning bid and a subsequent resale price. Repeated or serious non-payment results in permanent removal from the platform.
Grades (such as A, B, C) are our good-faith assessment of the overall condition of units in a lot, following the same grading conventions used across Hayaland's products. Grades and descriptions are estimates for your convenience — they are not guarantees, and all inventory is sold as-is. See our full Conditions & Grading guide for the complete grade ladder and how we inspect and test devices.
The manifest lists the expected contents of a lot — models, quantities, capacities, and condition. It's provided to help you evaluate the lot before bidding.
Manifests are estimates. A variance of up to five percent (5%) in unit count, declared value, and/or condition mix is expressly permitted and is not grounds for a claim or price adjustment. This is standard practice in wholesale liquidation.
If a received lot differs from its listing beyond the permitted 5% variance, email info@hayaland.com within seven (7) days of pickup or delivery with photos and documentation. We review every claim in good faith. Please don't dispose of disputed inventory while a claim is under review.
Unless a listing states otherwise, transport is arranged and paid for by the buyer. After payment, we'll coordinate a pickup window at the location shown on the listing. Any shipping figure on a listing is an estimate only.
Inventory is located in either the United States or Japan — each listing states its location.
We welcome buyers worldwide. For any cross-border shipment, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for import clearance, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with the destination country's laws. Customs refusal or seizure does not entitle the buyer to a refund.
Title passes when we receive your payment in full. Risk of loss passes when the lot is handed to you or your carrier at the pickup location. Lots not collected within fourteen (14) days of payment may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned.
